You are not allowed to use the TLinc. Cards system for commercial purposes, such as selling the cards.

Cards are referred to in their entirety, this includes, in other words, the text accompanying the card and the artistic theme.

Cards designed by TLinc. users, members and others are subject to the following regulations: -

OWNER exercises no editorial control over the cards submitted by others.
OWNER shall in no way be held liable should any of the cards violate the rights of a third party or should there occur a copyright or any other infringement of the intellectual property rights of others.

Users can download transient and ephemeral samples of the songs, this shall be done in the good faith intention that the purpose behind such downloading is merely to be able to nominate the songs.
You are not allowed to download the samples for commercial purposes.
TLinc. is not liable should users utilise the copies for commercial purposes or violate the good faith requirement.
TLinc. offers the samples in co-operation with other entities.
TLinc. owns all proprietary rights pertaining to the design, layout and programming of TLinc. Melodies.
TLinc. assumes no responsibility for damages due to downloading any of the files on TLinc. Melodies.
Users are not allowed and TLinc. vehemently prohibits any usage of TLinc. Melodies for offensive purposes or to intrude on the legitimate rights of others.

TLinc. offers a gateway to a search engine operated by other entities. TLinc. assumes no liability for the content of the sites entered into by following a hyperlink.

This is a section at TLinc. where members can activate their e-mail account with TLinc., willingly and by virtue of taking certain affirmative steps. Users fully understand that by doing so, they are availing their information to other users and possibly to the public.
